Terms of Service

These terms apply to products operated by EkoNugroho Labs (“we”, “us”), including Karaya, and to this website. By using them you agree to these terms. Some products, such as Cortex AI, have their own additional terms on their own sites.
Beta service
Karaya is currently in private beta. Features may change, be limited, or be interrupted, and the service is provided “as is” while we improve it. We will give reasonable notice before any paid plan starts; nothing in the beta is charged without your explicit agreement.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password and API keys secret.
- Household owners decide who joins their household and what each member can see.
Your data
You own the data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Not financial advice
Karaya helps you record and understand your household's money. Its AI assistant can make mistakes, and its output is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Check important figures and decisions yourself.
Acceptable use
- Do not use our products for anything illegal, including fraud or money laundering.
- Do not attempt to access other households' data, disrupt the service, or bypass rate limits and security controls.
- Do not resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.
API and agents
If you connect an AI agent or script to the Karaya API, you are responsible for what it does with your API key. Keys can be revoked at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information in the product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
